Payment Terms
Online payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. This community does not store or process raw card details.
Payment Security
- Card payments are handled on Mollie's secure hosted payment pages.
- Mollie receives the personal data needed to process your payment.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
Recurring Payments and Data Processing
Subscriptions are billed at the amount and interval shown at checkout for the term you select. You can cancel at any time from your membership settings; cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
SEPA Direct Debit
If you pay by SEPA Direct Debit, your mandate is handled through Mollie using Mollie's creditor identifier (NL08ZZZ502057730000). This authorizes future debits for your subscription. SEPA Core customers may request a refund within 8 weeks of a debit.
Your payment data is shared with Mollie B.V. so Mollie can process the transaction as the payment service provider.
Platform Fee
- Where your subscription tier carries a platform fee, the fee is collected per transaction at settlement via the Mollie application fee mechanism, calculated as a percentage of the gross payment amount settled from connected communities to you through the Davinci Space platform.
- Platform fees are not returned on refunded or charged-back payments. If a payment is reversed after settlement, the corresponding fee is retained by Davinci Space.
- The platform fee is exclusive of taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes or VAT arising from payments you receive. Davinci Space provides transaction records in your admin dashboard to assist with your reporting obligations.
- Davinci Space may change the platform fee rate from time to time. The new rate applies to charges processed after it takes effect; rate changes propagate within about an hour, and charges that have already completed are never recalculated. The current rate applicable to your tier is shown in your admin dashboard.
- Fee amounts are rounded to the smallest currency unit using half-up rounding. Where the calculated fee would round to less than one smallest currency unit, no fee is charged for that transaction.
- The platform fee is separate from and in addition to Mollie's own transaction fees, which are charged directly by Mollie under the terms of your Mollie agreement.
- The applicable fee rate is shown on the tier card and at checkout. By subscribing to a fee-bearing tier you accept the platform fee terms set out above.
